Most managers are promoted because they’re good at what they do, not because they’ve been taught how to lead people. This cohort fills that gap with practical tools, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation focused on the moments that matter most in people leadership.

This is not a lecture series or generic leadership training. It’s a facilitated, interactive experience built around who you already are—and how you naturally lead. We use the CliftonStrengths® assessment as a framework for our course content.

No prior experience with CliftonStrengths® is required.

Heidi helps managers and leaders grow through strengths-based development that is practical, human-centered, and grounded in real work—not theory. She has coached all levels of employees (front line through CEO) for 10 years in her private practice and brings experience from a multitude of industries and real-life scenarios.


Important Information & Program Policies

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Your registration secures a spot in a small, live cohort and includes access to assessments and materials.

  • Cancellations received on or before March 12, 2026 (two weeks prior to the first session on March 26) are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received between March 13 and March 25, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after March 26, 2026, once the cohort has begun.

If you are unable to attend after registering, you may transfer your registration to a future cohort or to another eligible participant with advance notice, pending approval.

Attendance & Missed Sessions

The Flourish Manager Collective is designed as a live, interactive experience. To support meaningful discussion and psychological safety:

  • Sessions are not recorded.

  • If you miss a session, you will receive a written summary and key takeaways from that week’s content.

  • We strongly encourage participants to attend all six sessions whenever possible to get the full benefit of the cohort experience.

Confidentiality & Respectful Participation

To create a safe, open learning environment:

  • Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of personal stories, workplace examples, and discussions shared during live sessions.

  • What is shared in the cohort stays within the cohort.

  • Respectful listening, curiosity, and professionalism are expected at all times.

This commitment helps ensure that all participants can engage fully and honestly.

Professional Development Disclaimer

The Flourish Manager Collective is a professional development and coaching experience. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health services.

Participants are responsible for applying insights and tools in ways that are appropriate for their role, organization, and circumstances.

Program Changes & Minimum Enrollment

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or if minimum enrollment is not met, Flourish LLC reserves the right to adjust session dates or cancel the cohort. If the cohort is canceled by Flourish LLC, participants will receive a full refund.
